Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required when canceling all appointments. If a cancellation is made prior to the 24-hour window, no further action will be required. Unfortunately, NO SHOW appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service, this fee will need to be paid prior to booking future services. Additionally, if you cancel within the 24-hour window or no show your appointments three times, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis, or full payment of the service being scheduled needs to be paid prior to booking, if there are no appointments available that day, you will be put on our cancellation list. We understand how crazy life can be and that sometimes the unexpected does occur. The 24-hour window will also allow our stylists, technicians, and therapists to offer an open spot to other customers on our wait list.
